Cook some lentils with vegetable-bouillon for whatever time you think is right. Rub some olive-oil on some vegetables (here: onions and some bell peppers), put them in the oven for some time.
Slice up carrots and celery in snack sizes. Mix your lentils with your vegetables, spice it up and add some of your remaining lentil-bouillon to get a decent consistency. Perfect to avoid a lot of dish-washing.
